During the current Covid-19 situation, we have adjusted our practices to ensure that everyone's safety is our top priority.

Virtual and in-person viewings are available.

For in-person viewings:

As a prospective tenant coming to view the property:

• We kindly ask that you come with your own mask and hand sanitizer.

Protocol for Property Viewings:

1. The viewings will only be performed with only one family unit at a time.

2. All conversations will be held outside.

3. Prior to entering the property, we will go through the Covid-19 health screening questionnaire to ensure prospective tenants are not experiencing any symptoms:

   1. 1. • Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breathe, runny nose, sore throat?

         • Have you travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days?

         • Have you had a close contact with a case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days?

4. In addition prior to entering, safe hygiene will be practiced by disinfecting hands with the provided sanitizers. Masks are required by everyone entering the property.

5. We will remain 2 meters away from the prospective tenants and our current tenants (if they are present).

6. Everyone will limit touching as much as possible. Anything touched will be immediately disinfected by us.

As a tenant, please prepare your home for the viewing in the following way:

1. Disinfect front and back door handles in additional to any door handles, light switches that will need to be touched during the viewing with antibacterial/germ killing cleaners.

2. Turn on all lights, open all doors and closet doors to minimize the necessity for anyone to touch any surfaces.

3. If you stay in the property during the viewing, please maintain a 2m distance between yourselves and any visitor and a mask is required.
